Default speaker buzzing problem

i have a logitech speaker setup for my desktop, nothing fancy, just a 2 speaker L&R with a small sub, paid like 40 bucks for it, i just moved into an apartment and every outlet i plug the setup into, makes a horrible buzzing noise from the speakers and the sub... its as loud as the volume is, now i have a creative world of Warcraft headset and i lvoe it, but i use the speakers for watching movies sometimes... and music while doing stuff around my home... any ideas or thoughts, maybe bad electric, if so what can be done about it. PLZ help.. google has actually failed lol

I had a similar problem when the speakers were not grounded. Also could be caused by a loose connection.

That would be a form of grounding.
