Hi,

i have pocket size solar panel and mobile phone (and other devices like powerbank) that i would like to be charged. But i need to ask for advice on some element between panel and these devices that will:

- prevent discharging (an ideally also overcharging) of the device connected to it?

i know there are like $20 devices made for this purpose (https://www.aliexpress.com/category/200215726/solar-controllers.html), but my panel is small and i also want some tiny, budget element (board) that will do the job and loose as low power as possible.

I would greatly appreciate if you can recommend me a product sold at AliExpress.com - Online Shopping for Electronics, Fashion, Home & Garden, Toys & Sports, Automobiles from China. (i am shopping there and have account there) or Electronics, Cars, Fashion, Collectibles, Coupons and More | eBay (free worldwide shipping)

I do not know what to look for and what is the best option to achieve what i described. I was adviced Schottky diode: https://duckduckgo.com/?q=schottky+diode&t=ffab&ia=web

And indeed it is sold there: https://www.aliexpress.com/wholesal..._id=SB_20161112061707&needQuery=n&groupsort=1

There are even some "boards" (https://www.aliexpress.com/wholesal...3132&SearchText=schottky+overcharge+discharge), unsure how to determine which volts/ampers i should be looking for (how can i meter that using multimeter?) and if this is what i can use for the purpose?

My panel is described as: 5V, 200mA output

Thank you
