I need some help with Ionosphere Layers??

I just need to Know in mi not km the hight of the ionospheres
D Layer E Layer F1. F2. Layers

I looked all over the net and they tell me in km not mi

I meen were eatch on starts and ends

The one thing you need to know is: 0.621371192.

Multiply what's given to you in kilometers by that number, and you will have it in miles.
