Question about my Digital Camera...

For some reason the drive will not install for my digital camera. I put in the CD and took pictures and everything, but when I try to get the pictures it says that the camera was not found. The camera is a MDC-10. I looked on google, but I havent found anything. Can anyone help?

It would help if we knew the brand of it...

All I can think of right off, most camera's have options for either webcams or drives within their menu's. Be sure it's set correctly.

Other than that, I typically just take my card out and use a reader because it's one less thing on my computer.

It says it uses a certain software .
Do you have the disc? If not I don't know where you will get it as this looks pretty cheezy to me.

sorry, misread your posting .....
Uninstall and reinstall the software is about all you can do. They don't give much support although they do list an email.try to contact them.
