Default PSP videos

I have an MP4 video that I'm trying to put on my PSP, and whereever I put it it doesn't show up, I tried copying it to the Video folder, didn't show up, and the MP_ROOT -> 100MNVO1 folder and it also didn't show up, its on the memory stick because when I put it on the space thats left goes down but I can't find it anywhere on the PSP...
