page scrolls to bottom

Sometimes when I'm just reading a page it will scroll all the way to the bottom on its own and there's no way I could go back up unless I close the page and start over. Also the start page on the bottom left pops up sometimes. Could this have anything to do with the cordless mouse and keyboard I'm using? Thanks

and I really don't think that this should be in the General Electricals section.
