I never use mine. because on Verizon, it wastes minutes. So im not sure..

Yeah, thinking about it, I probably wouldn't either...

So I've made my decision. I'm going to go with the PEBL, because it's better in every aspect except "Lifestyle features", which I won't be using anyway.

Most likely. Verizon doesn't get Motorola phones for a while until all the other carriers get them. Since most carriers use GSM, it's cheaper and easier to produce phones for GSM carriers. Since Verizon is CDMA, it takes longer to produce a CDMA version of that phone, which is why Verizon generally gets their phones later.
