odd pong sound coming from my comp.

Hello. Every now and then I will get a sound that comes from speakers that sounds like a paddle when it hits a ping pong.

At first I thought it was Flashget telling me that a download had finished, but im not downloading anything and it did it about 4 times right in a row.
Does anyone have any idea on what this could be. I've include all of my comps specs below.
