Probably. But you would need a considerable amount of RAM.

the difference between integrated chips and Video Cards is this:

The Integrated chips like the one you mentioned borrow memory from the computer, thus giving you less RAM to run the other components of the game. A Video Card such as the nVidia GeForce 8800(Very expensive XD) has dedicated memory specifically for graphics. Therefor the card uses none of your RAM, resulting in faster gameplay.
