ipod touch to phone?

Is it possible to connect my ipdd touch 2g (jailbroken) to my cellphone, an LG Rumor 2 via bluetooth?
Each device picks eachother up and pair themselves, but they dont seem to connect.
I want to do this so i can stream music from the ipod to my cell, and pictures from my cell to the ipod, etc..
Is this possible?

Have you tried the iBluenova app in Cydia? It allows standard bluetooth transfers.

Apparanetly the bluetooth on the IPOD touch/IPHONE wont work unless you have updated the OS to the latest version which very weird...

What OS are you on?

For 3.1.2 use redsn0w. For 3.1.3, spirit, jailbreakme.com for iOS 4.

If you're on anything earlier, it'd be best to update first.
