Default The Hauppauge PVR-150...(Capture card info)

Well, I'm new to these forums and, for the most part, computing in general, so I have a few questions about TV Tuners/Capture Cards...

I have an X64 Windows, so not many cards have the right drivers...I'm aware of that. I bought an ATI TV Wonder USB 2.0 for my brother's (32-bit) computer and was not completely satisfied with the performance. I was thinking that it was either the RAM (512 Value) or the processor (Pentium IV 2.0 GHz) that was slowing it down. So now I'm planning on selling it and buying a new one for my new computer. I'm having a very hard time finding 64-bit compatible capture cards, but I did notice this one: http://www.hauppauge.com/pages/produ...ta_pvr150.html

Though it says nothing about 64-bit here, http://www.hauppauge.com/pages/suppo...rt_pvr150.html, does.

I was wondering if this is a good card and would be exceptional for recording games. If anyone has any suggestions about different cards, I'm listening. I really want one with minimal lag between the controller and the monitor. And one final question: should I get PCI, or is USB 2.0 faster?

lawl, Why are you reading my first post?
PM me if you're reading this.
