Default A good digital picture frame?

Hey, I'm looking to get a digital picture frame for my mom for her birthday.

I'm willing to pay up to about...$100ish. The screen can be either 15:9 or 4:3 and it has to be 24-bit (i.e. 16.7 million colors). I found a really great Philips one that was pretty cheap but it was 16 bit...what's the point of a photo frame that's 16 bit?

Also, I want something in the range of 800x600, and the screen should be around 7-8 inches (anything bigger is too pricey). The frame must also be able to rescale pictures well, and accept CF cards.

ASUS Rampage Formula X48, 4GB Corsair Dominator DDR2 900, Intel X3350 @ 3.6ghz, 300GB VelociRaptor, 500GB Barracuda, 2x 4870HD 790/1100, 850W Zalman PSU, Antec P182
