host the pic online (Photobucket, Imageshack etc), copy the pic URL, hit the little "Insert picture" icon, the yellow square next to the hyperlink icon, (world with paperclip) and away you go.

Ok Here's my issue.

I am soing the Rapid Fire Mod for the 360 controller. Schematic by cparcell.
http://cparsell.googlepages.com/555timerrapidfire

But anyways I was doign this step here located in the Image.

In the Parts List on the Hyperlink above it says P1- Variable Resistor but also when I checked the RadioShack Number it gave me this:

The one I got at RadioShack is this one.

May I be able to use the resistor or do I have to get the trimmer?

hi mate.
you need to get the trimmer pot, has the trigger can be set between 3.5 and 6.8 pulses a second, the trimmer is used to set the rate by varying the resistance (charge\discharge time) of C1.
hope that has cleared that one up for you.
