from my experience, the customer service at motorola sux... took them 3 months to post me a replacment charger for my old phone...

yea me old man hates his motorola but apparently thyve fixed some things. i like the siemens cuz its got a 1.3 mp camera and it looks awesome. i like the moto alot too but it can only support up to 5 megs of mem so the cameras pretty much useless. the samsung is really nice and it has voice to text stuff for ims and such. so i think its between the siemens and the samsung. but im gonna go to the phone store to check em all out and see which i like.
