Default Can I just copy this?

I've just found this site www.as400-news.com, could I just borrow the technical
information from the site or do I need some kind of permission?. I am writing a project for school.

What type of school? High school or college, either way copying it straight from the page is plagiarism and that's typically frowned upon haha. If it's a college paper believe me they will search your paper online to see if you plagiarized anything. High school they probably won't but you should still try to re-word it as much as you can.

Edit: My previous college had the ability to upload a paper onto a computer system and it would automatically search for plagiarism on the net.

Humans are the only creatures that won't live up to the their potential. Give everything your all. When you die, die on E.

So I ask you, what do you intend to do now?

My school used http://www.turnitin.com/static/index.html and it was a decent resource for me during the course that required it. I was a little irked at first about the premise, but it did support my writing.

Look up things online like APA citing. There's a lot of great information out there that will help you avoid being labeled as a copycat (or worse, getting expelled).
