Default Alcatel 4060-A

Can't get Google to stop turning my updates back on every time I'm near Wi-Fi. Have turned them off a dozen times. Have changed from ATT to Straight Talk. Still does it. Any advice?

There should be an option in google play for turning off automatic updates. I'd recommend getting the updates though, as they may contain security fixes that keep your personal data safe.

Have already turned it off more than 20 times. It keeps giving me Play Store for Instagram, which I don't use. Don't need the security updates.

Yeah, that's probably one of those built-in crap apps that has to be updated before you can do a system update. IIRC, you should be able to roll it back to the original version, and disable it. should be something like settings>apps>instagram and then force stop and disable it.
