3ms? That's prett damn good. Almost on par with most CRTs...but probably way more EXPENSIVO!

6ms white-black-white, thats 3 frames in 6ms or 500fps. Kudos to anyone whos hardware can play games in excess of 500fps !! lol, you'd need to hit 550+fps to get 'ghosting' with that bad boy

12ms white-black-white is 250fps --> Getting an LCD with sub 12ms is a waste of money and consumer drivin crazyness if you ask me
