xbox 360 harddrive

I want to play black ops live on my xbox so i can play with friends, but i have an arcade and dont think that its enough memory, if i bought a external harddrive on ebay, do you know if i would just plug it in?

No this doesn't work very well. I would suggest searching ebay for a new harddrive with a conversion kit i got a deal on mine about a year ago for 45 bucks i got a 250 and a kit..
