Worth picking up BF4?

I have been looking and my comp just about meets systerm requirments for this game, I used the can you run it website and it says I fall between recomended and minimum, So I guess I could play it at low settings and that is fine for me, I dont mind playing it at lower settings at least untill I can afford a decent rig, But I cant play with choppy frame rates, do you think I would be able to get a stable 25+FPS with my systerm.

For anyone who cannot find his thread with specs. You could try running it on the lowest settings possible.
