Default Transfer games like nfs over to new comp can it be done

Hi there all,

I have a few games on my comp, and as you know it takes some time to level up, so as I have taken quite a lot of time getting to where I am with NFS Shift 2, could I transfer {as in say connect the comps with usb, then copy and paste} all the files from my old computer vista, to my new one 7 ???

Yeah I think it should work, just make sure to also migrate the Registry key information from using "regedit.msc" or search google for "need for speed shift 2 registry" and editing it a bit to make sure the game is in the same Hard drive and folder where the registry key refers it to. And also go to documents folder to copy save games, there will be EA Games folder.

I dont think it will work, you will have to reinstall the games, But you might be able to copy and paste the save games from each game

can't transfer programs/games as far as I know. but you can Google where all your saved games are and then after you install the game on the new system, just copy the contents in the same folder.
