looking to find a Toshiba Qosmio x305 with the Core 2 Extreme

I am looking to play older games like GTA SA and GTA III

Now if I was to play games like GTA IV, would that work with enough horsepower to to use low or medium settings?

I've found one on Amazon but it doesn't have the Core 2 Extreme CPU, You might be able to upgrade it if you can find one and if the CPU isn't soldered to the motherboard Amazon.com : Toshiba Qosmio X305-Q711 17.0-Inch Laptop : Laptop Computers : Computers & Accessories.

GTA4 is rather demanding on PC (When taking it's age into a into a count)
If you pay more than next to nothing for that laptop, you are being ripped off.

Does it HAVE to be that exact model? I don't believe you can find it "new" anymore.
So it's gonna be a 6-7 year old used laptop.
Problems with that is that harddrives and batteries gets worn over time and performs less and less as they should.
The hardware are bad compared to todays standard. So it doesn't perform anywhere near modern computers.
It also looks like an oversized pile of cheap plastic.
