time to upgrade or is this fine for now?

i built my computer back in 09 and its served me well, i was just wondering if you guys think its time to upgrade or if it will last me another few years?
specs:
intel q9550@ 3.6
2gb ddr2 1066
evga 780i ftw
evga 460 (if upgrade this comes with me lol )

so what do you think?

apart from the memory I say ur ok for a few years. What OS are you running ?? If you do upgrade I would recommend running Windows 7

i am running windows 7 and i planed on geting 4gb from the start, just never got around to it
