Skyrim Glitches

[Celegorm]

So I update my drivers and checked for updates for the game and it worked fairly well with no problems with, up until my power supply burnt out. If you could please help me on that topic it'd be great.

Part of me wonders if the two are related. Under-powered/dying PSU not giving the video card enough juice to run properly wouldn't be unheard of. Based purely on what I see in the picture though, I'd be willing to put money on that being caused by a bad video card.
