Manual game patching

I am trying to patch Witcher 3 without using the Galaxy client. I've got all the .bin files and tried to convert them to ISO using poweriso and when I attempt it tells me the file extension is wrong or is unsupported. I downloaded all the patches onto an external hard drive from a library computer that runs Vista. [emoji15] I'm trying to install them onto my computer that runs windows 8.1. Any ideas?

I have never heard about galaxy client, but if it's anything like steam, it install the games differently than if you bought the same game non steam.
I don't believe it's possible to manually update steam games, so i think it's the same deal with Galaxy client.

I think you will have to use the client. Why is that a problem?

No Internet service where I'm at. I just did a clean install with game saves backed up. Everything is a OK now.
