you can do it via your pc open up contoll panle then network settings open that up and prob for ipv4 and change it if u have a router like 192.168.1.2 lets say ur router ip is then make it for ip adrss 192.168.1.15 or something like that google is ur friend google how to makle a static ip adress via router
