DiRT 2 Help Needed!

I Just Downloaded DiRT 2 On My PC From Steam, I Already Have it on a couple of other computers but on this computer and this computer only it wont launch!
I Also Downloaded GFWL (Games For Windows Live) As The Codemasters forum said to do, but it still wont launch!
Here are the specs of my computer that i am Trying to run it on:
3 GB Ram
3.10 GHz Pentium 4
ATi Radeon Graphics Card
200 GB HDD
Windows Vista Home Premium

A Blank Box With No Text, Please help!

try reinstalling it, or even re downloading it. if that dont help it prob best to contact steam.
