Default CD Burning

I'm going to be burning a 8.13GB game onto a disc for Xbox 360.
I've been browsing for blank discs and have only found some that hold 1.4GB (something around that).
I've talked to some people and they say it doesn't matter what size the disc is? I don't understand.
Would I need a disc that has more space on it, if so where could I find one?

Just Google "optical disc capacities", and you'll get all the information you need.

You need Dual Layer discs.

As this is probably borderline-illegal I'm going to close the thread.
Don't take life too seriously -- no one gets out alive. Plus, who wants to arrive to the hereafter in pristine condition wearing a suit and tie?
I want to slide in sideways, worn out, used up, hair a mess, clothes tattered, & screaming, "Whooo! What a ride!"
