Can I use these together?

Hello, i'm sort of new to computer and I would like to know if i could run a GeForce GTX 660 superclocked (non ti) with an AMD a8-5500 quadcore processor without bottle necking. Also can you run Nvidia graphics cards with amd processors?

A few points:

• Processors fit on motherboard, so see motherboard for compatibility issues
• This is getting philosophical, but I don't see how any system can be free from bottlenecking?
• Yes, you can run Nvidia cards with AMD processors
