Call Of Duty 4 (binkw32.dll) problems

I installed COD 4, and when I try to play the game, then the following error appears
"The application or DLL C:\...\binkw32.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."
I'm not able to play the game after that.
Any suggestions !!

Why not download the binkw32.dll? download it from internet and tell us does it takes an efect
