You bet. The multi color fan and CPU fan are the loudest. The rest are so so.

mine is fairly quiet but also loud...i really dont know.....one of my fans spins slower than the other one but is brighter, and the cpu fan is silent

For me, i'm planning to use Pentosin anti freeze (pics here: http://petrastechshop.com/peg11coadb4o.html) And some white CCFLs so they dont flush out the color from the anti freeze like colored CCFLs. And this is going all in a black Lian Li V-1000 w/ a side window
