Graphic card problem

Hi, can anybody help please. My graphic card keeps going weird. I think it's my card anyway. When I run the mouse over an icon sometimes it looks ok othertimes it looks like there is a barcode where the name of the icon should be. After a while the computer freezes then a reboot is required and it is ok for a while then it goes weird again. Anyone got any ideas. Thanks

Hi, sorry I forgot to say what make it was. It's Sparkle NVIDIA GeForce Ti 4200 with AGP8X graphics card with 128 meg. Hope that makes it easier.

Memory issue or Video card issue is right.

Use www.memtest86.com for you computer memory
