I need to post a pic of mine. It's a mess now though. I almost never rearrange but I think I need to. Once I get things sorted out I'll post a pic.

You probably hate it because you only have 512MB of RAM. Some of the things that come with Vista rely a bit on RAM, like the Sidebar.

Vista is ram hungry. The difference between 1gb and 2gb is crazy. The difference between 512mb and 1gb is even more so. 1gb is a bare min in my opinion.

may i reccomend vista lite , will run fine on 512mb and even better on 1gb , usess only about 30mb more ram than my xp comp

i am waiting for a 300gb hard drive
so i can upload my work to the server and reformat
