It's nice and relaxing just to hang out with some friends on a nice day with some food and a hookah.

If there is one thing I value about being a college student is that other people don't give a crap about what you do and don't do. Don't smoke? Don't drink? Fine. This isn't high school and most won't (unless you're in some fraternity or something) peer pressure you into doing it. If you're not comfortable with it, don't do it. Just don't make others feel uncomfortable about what they like to do.
