I got a 5.1 because of my RAM. I have 2 gigs Patriot DDR2 800mhz PC2 6400 RAM. Does this sound right?

well cpu-z is saying each stick is 400mhz max bandwidth. I wonder if Newegg just added up both sticks when they sold it to me To answer your question, I don't know how to find those numbers. I'm assuming they're in cpu-z but i don't know where to look. I threw out the packaging last week and I know it said it on the label.

This is the RAM I bought btw. *edit* errr, in the newegg specs it tells me the timings are 4-4-4-12.

well Newegg says the default timings are 4-4-4-12. I'm assuming the speed tab it SPD and is says 4.0, 4, 4, 12. So I guess newegg is right.
