ooh those G7's are nice!!!! I really wanted one but decided to go with the MX610 because it was about 30 bucks cheaper. Those G7's are sweet though! nice mouse
Yeah and the best part is it comes with two Li-ion batteries. One is always in the charger while the other is in use. I just swap them out whenever one goes low. So far, I haven't replaced them yet. The on-the-fly DPI switch is really cool. I'm playing Medal of Honor and Quake 4 and with those controls, it helps a lot when you have enemies coming on all sides. Fast action. The next thing I want to get wireless might be the Logitech RUmblepad 2. Since I already have one that's wired, I don't know about wasting money. It does a great job already. The only reason why I replaced my optical mouse is because it doesn't work well with my table. The surface is a bit bumpy with tiny little holes which the optical mouse has a hard time interfacing with it. With the G7, no problem at all.
The keyboard I had was a gift, so yay there. I also have that Microsoft wireless laser mouse 6000:
Yeah, I noticed that when I was researching for a new mouse. It's pretty cool, but I've never been completely comfortable with Logitech mice, at least not as comfy as Microsoft mice.
I went to Best Buy like a week ago when they had the Logitech VX wireless laser mouse for notebooks on sale. I used the demo there in-store and it was sooo comfortable. I really like it, but I had that Microsoft one already. The Logitech version actually has more features including a complete "Back" and "Forward" button and battery indicator. The Microsoft mouse is fine because when I run low on battery, software tells me anyways.
