Yes. I have Oblivion, Battlefield 2, Day of Defeat: Source, and Far Cry all running at 1680x1050.

viewsonic vp2030b 20 inches of 1000:1 contrast ratio 300 brightness, no widescreen here, strictly professional.

ya i think widescreens look even more professional than 4:3 monitors. but whatever. everyone has their opinion.

Well 4:3 is more common and doesn't screw up format like 16:9 does, but widescreen is so much easier to view lots of things.

i was being sarcastic, viewsonic calls the "vp" series the professional series, and neglected widescreens for a long time, thus i ended up with a 1600x1200 monitor instead of a 1920x1080.
