Well if ya got a g force 2 or huger nvidia video card there is a little program that comes with the drivers and it lets u make the windows transparent and minimize and maximize faster and other stuff.
you need a gforce video card and windows 2000 or xp to get the software.

its a setting in the nvidia drivers for the video card
called effects

yeah mikee i used to have the setting but then the novelty wore off and i stopped using it as it got a bit annoying but still it was fun at the time

There's a program called Trans2k that will make windows transparent... but yes, you have to have Windows 2000/XP (for trans2k anyway)

oh lol, well regarding that, you can resize your desktop with any image Viewer. First you hit "print screen" and just go to any image editor like Infranview (you can download that here --> http://downloads-zdnet.com.com/3000-2192-10021962.html ) then "paste" it there by hiting Paste in the program's menu, then just look for the resizing fuctions (In Infranview its very easy just go to ( Image > Resize) and upload it to an image host such as Photobucket.com and post the link to it here and Vuala I hope that helped.
