Infact my whole computer is just unorganized. Thinking of just backing up what i need,buying a new 1tb hardrive and more ram and just reinstall windows.

have you ever heard of 'Cleardock' ?

its a program you can use (in conjunction with 'Application Enhancer') to change the colours and backgrounds of your dock.

my OS 10.4 dock is just clear.
