Thanks. Here's what it looked like (I tried to edit this into my last post, but I was apparently over the picture limit because my posts were automerged. Hopefully an admin can fix this issue.)

And I just found my next experiment. A local thrift store had a Pentax stereo adapter. Unfortunately, it won't work with my DSLR due to the smaller sensor, so I have to buy more 35mm film before I can actually use it.

It also came with a stereo slide viewer, which I doubt I'll ever use since slide film processing costs a fortune nowadays.


BTW, your photo looks pretty awesome. Is that someone you know driving, or is it just a random car?

Wow, I'd like to see how those stereo pics come out. Good job on taking out the fence, too.

The car is owned by an acquaintance of mine, friend of a friend. Really clean car though.

Yeah, I'm pretty curious about it too. I'll probably get some cheap 35mm B&W film and use that for some test shots.

BTW, is there an appropriate way to get dents out of lenses? My 50mm vivitar was dropped by the previous owner, and the threaded basically folded in on itself. I had to use a hammer to get it straightened out, so the threads were pretty much destroyed.

Hmm, not sure really. Your best bet would be talking to someone that works in a machine shop.

I just developed the stereo pictures. Out of 21, four came out good.

Not bad imo. I'll probably try some C-41 next time, now that I've determined it works.

I finally got my step down ring so I can use the stereo lens on my E-410.

LOL, my dog is terrified of the camera.
