ATI for the last time is a niche card developer. Who the hell owns the top of the line card? Anyone here? 80-85% of the market is mid-range. Since ATI has an inherent stupidity about marketing to people in the mid-range, they will suffer. It doesn't matter if they have the fastest graphics card out.. since that appeals to what? 3% of the market?

But what am I saying.. many of you don't understand the dynamics of the market.

Right now, NVIDIA PWNS ATI, because it dominates the mid-range market (The FX5700 Ultra, FX5900, FX6200, FX6600, etc)... its cards defeat competitors that ATI puts out.

ATI is a niche card developer, and that is all it will ever be. Sorry.

if i get 2 pci express 6800 ultras n putt them both in a mobo that supports 2 pci express cards will i get 512 mb or no?

Yeah - but you don't get 512-bits Nor would you get the Gig that you'd have from two 512Meg ones.
