odd that ASUS put a fan like that on it...does it really need that much cooling?

that is the stock cooling, but I got this card without that and just a small orange heatsink that sucked. So I took a chipset cooler and put it on there with Scews that hold it in place

i have the quadro 4500 running,it looks just like the 7900gtx, i wish they'd make it look better, i mean i DID pay $2000 for it after all. the heatpipes look really cool with my a8n32-sli's copper pipes. too bad i dont have a camera!

ur talking about the huge card with the quad GPU's and for output ports?
