Oh the motherboard and hard drive both went bad. I just transplanted everything else into my dad's computer so he can browse the internet just a little faster.

Yep. Intel Core i7 920, ASUS P6X58D Premium motherboard, 4GB of Corsair Dominator DDR3-1600, 1TB Western Digital Caviar Black SATA 6.0Gb/s, ATI Radeon HD 5770, Seasonic X650 Gold 650W PSU, Lite-On Lightscribe DVD burner/drive, Zalman black aluminum 6-channel fan controller, Thermalright TRUE Black 120 Rev.C heatsink and everything is housed in a Lian-Li PC-60FNW aluminum case with Cooler Master white LED fans for cooling.

Ah, yeah I thought about mounting white CCFL tubes in my case, but dealing with the tubes and wires was just a pain so I didn't bother buying them.

Haha, I've been here since my freshman year in high school back in 2004. Computers were probably my first hobby that cost actual money. I've always liked cars, but until I started driving it was never really anything substantial. Now that I always drive and I'm always out at meets I've definitely shifted over to cars as my primary interest. I just like browsing CF if I have nothing to do.

lol nice^^

but i did belong to a website that was ALL ABOUT pre-Halo2 release and halo 3 and PCs but the admin finally shut it down :(
we even hosted a few of the weekly halo bungie updates.
Always wandered what happened to a few of the members on there, we had some sweet Memes

Is it sad i still even remember some of the thread topics from back in 05/04 from that site? haha...
but if it didnt close, i wouldnt be here.

so it all works out in the end ;)

Nice tidy build there alvino.

Why the dual channel RAM instead of triple channel? Your not utilizing the full memory bandwidth there.

Thank you.

Yeah, in hindsight I probably should have gotten a 6GB triple channel kit, but I figured I wouldn't really use all of 4GB (and I still haven't) so I might as well save some money.
