Dude the 2007 altima own, but the altima and maxima look to much alike..And whats the point, the maxima was known as a racer type car, now nissan is turning it into luxuary..And making the Altima the racer type car...But if I had to pick I would go with the maxima, the interior is so much better...But for a couple more u can just get a g35 which is ownage..

There were talks on that at my Corolla forum about the Altima and Maxima challenge. People are saying the Maxima lines should be dropped and make the new Altima the high performance line. The new 07 Atlima SE R gets a makeover and with a more powerful motor.

Yeah the altima is def the more powerful car, not because the engine, because they're almost identical v6's..But the weight is a huge difference, the Maxima is heavy as hell, and well the altima doesnt weigh shit..

They even redesigned the Sentras too. Looks Nissan is going for a new look for 2007. Toyotas already got their new look, but the Corolla need to change. They say by 2008 there should be a newly redesigned Corolla with a more powerful engine in it. Wow. We'll believe it when we see it. Cars are getting faster quckly. It got real slow when the 4cyl cars of the 80s showed up. But now, it's finally going back up again. We're seeing 200+HP 4cyl motors easily and 300HP V6s too like in the Lexus IS 350.

Yeah cars are getting faster and faster, but we dont have a autobhan (sp) now that would be great..But everyone enjoys the rush of cutting someone up on the interstate...Yeah the 07 nissans are great, they are really moving forward....

I do that all the time on the freeways here in California. I cruised for about 10 seconds going 110mph today before slowing down to 75mph. Everyone here goes on average 75-80mph anyways.

I hear rumors that GM want to merge with Renault/Nissan or something like that. GM is in trouble, big time....

Only thing with that is that id be worried about getting caught.

I know when i can drive by myself, ill be going out to 'test drive' my car out in the flat lands

Yeah everyone is worried about gettin caught, but we all had the radars, even though sometimes they dont work, but its a risk they were willingn to take aha

i have a sort of off topic question: in the u.s., say the speed limit is 60 mph. would you get a worse ticket by going 50 mph over the speed limit than going 10mph over?
