Oh, you're in CA.
Unbolt the exhaust and go revving around, see how long you can go without being arrested!

There are some nice exhaust upgrade but they're like thousands of dollars for complete kits (not including header). If I ever go with custom upgrades, it has to be ghetto rigged. There are many muffler shops around that will custom bend any pipe, cut and weld, and slap on a sport muffler of your choice. Anything before the cat, I don't want to mess with.

Man, I'm still waiting for my plates too!!!!! Can't wait to put them on. 2008 registration, whew. I usually buy my cars late in the year so I'm usually the last one to get the new sticker for the following year. Now I'm ahead of the pack. Yessss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My roommates tC had a flat this morning. Do you happen to know how to get rid of the tire pressure light that's on the instrument cluster? It's bugging the crap out of him. The yellow spare is ugly. TO my surprise, my IS250 has the exact same spare tire as the tC!!!!!!!!!!!!! Talk about fugly and cheap Lexus.

I think most cars have that feature now. It's sooooooooooooo freaking stupid. I don't need a stupid dummy light to tell my when my tire pressure's low. I don't know how to reset it for him but a guy at work told me that he has an IS350 who had the same light come on. This guy ran over a puthole and knocked the sensor loose (which was located behing the valve stem). At least that's what he told me.

The Scion tC has them too. I was thinking to disconnect the batter and let the ECU reset itself. It's got a new tire on already, just the dummy light is still lit.

Nooo you can reset it. I know it bug sometimes the hell out of me to mine is on right now dunno why, it bugs. Tell your frind to turn on the car, open the glovebox and on the top left there is a button that has the image of the light that throws on the dash tell him to hold this button until the light goes away.
