Speaking of transmissions, I am thinking about getting a shift kit for my Trans Am. I think it would be the easiest performance upgrade I could to to my car and it would make it shift much nicer when I put my foot down.

Shift kits help. The only thing I don't like about them is that every time the car shifts, it jerks you. Kinda like riding in a manual car and the driver drops the clutch hard into the next gear before the revs drop.

Yea I am aware of that. I doubt I would really mind it though to be honest. As long as it's not a really hard jerk when driving normally, but just like a bump, then I would be happy with that.

Yeah, well, that's a used in one... From a late 80s mustang. Brand new, it's like $2000 or so.

Still cheap. You have no idea how expensive it would be to get a manual transmission for my E36. Not only that, but doing a full tranny conversion is a pain in the behind.

well i got my snow tires of the front of the car and put the others on and noticed that one of my springs is broken and that i need pads and rotors so i bought the brakes and im going to buy the springs tomorrow maybe and see if i can get it all slapped on at work on monday
