Ok i try to connect to "Renegade" and try to get onto #DuelZone

It keeps saying

WTF does this mean,and i wait for about 2 hours and does nothin!!!

are you using Mirc?

the reason it does nothing is because you are not on a channel.
IRC is a chat server.
on a chat server there are several chat rooms.
once you've gotten to the end of what you've written above type

join #DuelZone

this will start a new windows where you are in the chat room.

3) type /join DuelZone
