I need help creating my website design. I bought everything from Go Daddy.

I have a website that I am creating for my dad. Granted that I don't know much about creating one, I agreed to assist him. Now we purchased two domain names and Website Tonight, but i dont really like the templates that they provide. I have dreamweaver. I was wondering if anyone can assist me in making this website. Please let me know if you have time on your hands because i wanna be able to position pictures where I want, but i dont know how to exactly on Dreamweaver CS5.

Well as pointed, we need a little bit more information of what you are working on. And, also you can share your HTML source to let us know how exactly you are working and where you want to place the image. I'm not the CSS expert but still I might be able to offer some help.
