exactly... referal rankings get you to the higest...

Howver google also manage where the referals come from, so if your site is linked exclusivly from adfarm pages then you won't recieve as higher page rank for those links as you would from a site carrying very few links/quality links.

the best way is to have a lot of referals from quality sites.
