i need members, mods, and tutorials

ok i have just setup my site www.computertutorialworld.com I AM IN NO WAY DONE WITH MAKING IT. BUT the home page is very basic and has the link to the forum. i need mods on there. and i need members. i also need tutorials. if you have a tutorial that you have written and not copy and pasted please submit it in the forum. thank you.
