How do i put flash into frontpage?

I have just made a flash page and i saved it to the desktop now i am wondering how do i put it on frontpage.

Its the HTML Code to display a Flash Page right?

Just drag and drop it into your site through Frontpage Extensions. There should be no need to bring Frontpage into it at all; it doesn't specifically write Flash Code anyway.

You click on the Page; Drag it, and let go of the click over the folder you want to put the page into on Frontpage

i dont no how to on frontpage becouse frontpage is crap

get Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004, they do a 30 day free trial

then you simple go insert -> flash lol

done it, cant be arsed i made a template before making website so i have done half of the CF project and it looks sweet
